Please note that we do not accept returns for orders where the product meets all the specifications listed on our website, including size, material, and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will work together to find a solution.

Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns/replacements are applicable only in the unlikely event that your ordered products received damaged or in broken condition.
- Customers must intimate us and submit the return & replacement by email at info@rjgharanametals.com about any damaged items. customers need to update/inform us within 24-48 hrs once the package is received from the courier along with the damaged photo and video. Later than 48 hrs we willnot proceed with the return or replacement.
- Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
- After the returned product is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Customers need to contact us before they return the ordered product. If they return the courier without intimation then our decision will be final for product condition and we will proceed the return or replacement accordingly.
- We would not acknowledge exchange of products for different sizes as return pick up generally results in damage of these products. We will only process replacement/ refund if the shipped product is damaged during transit.
- Once the request is raised our support team will contact you within the next 24 hours on your registered contacts and authorization for return for the product will be provided after the request has been found valid. After hearing the issue/query we would final decide on return and replacement will be with Raj Gharana Metals.
- Approved exchange or replacement will be proceeded in about 10-12 working days.
- Approved A pickup for the product will be initiated by Kansawala unless its unserviceable or product comes under non-exchangeable category.
- Upon authorization of return of damaged product, Kansawala will provide refund to the value of the damaged product or you could exchange the damaged product for a fresh product or you can opt for credit coupon for future purchases.
- The availability and delivery times of each shipping method may vary based on your location and the items in your order.
What are non-returnable products?
- A wise buying decision is made with product review with all its details mentioned on the product page for respective products. We would like to enlighten you that some bronze and brass forging items are made with different making than the sheet wrapped hand products, hence these items are fregile and breakable products as well. We don’t accept the return if these products break while using. Customers can contact us on our customer care number before placing an order for additional details.
- Please be aware that any requests for returns or exchanges of non-returnable products will not be approved.
- If a buyer wishes to return or exchange a product which falls under non-retunable category, the customer will have to pack it securely and ship it back to us at their own expense. Additionally, if the product is damaged upon delivery to our warehouse, the product value will be deducted from the return or exchange value.
- All the products purchased from Raj Gharana Metals, we believe that you as a buyer are aware and acknowledge that you have read and understood the non-returnable product policy and agree to its terms.
- The buyer wants to return the ordered product with no reason and wants a refund, in this case generally, we do not accept the return request but still if you feel you want to refund these in any way then reach out to us, mutually we will find some solution.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we are unable to ship due to restrictions or any other reason. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a refund.
