Our products are not manufactured or crafted by machine; neither bulk product is possible. They are crafted with traditional forging techniques. This means that every item is unique in its way, and every single product will be slightly different. As a result, there might be some obstacles or challenges in production or transportation that cause delays in the standard delivery timeline.

How we Ship the orders:

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Shipping timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, or seasonal delays.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID on your email/WhatsApp.

Shipping Method

At Raj Gharana Metals, all orders are shipped using our Standard Shipping Method through trusted courier partners across India.

• We use reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, and other verified logistics partners.

• Standard shipping ensures safe, secure, and timely delivery of your brass, copper, and bronze products.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor the delivery status in real time.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or lost shipments. We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will reship your order at an additional shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We ship to all the locations served by Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post.

• For international shipment we ship all the locations Ship Global, India Post.

Shipping Costs:

• All domestic prepaid orders are inclusive of the shipping.

• All domestic Cash On Delivery orders (COD), we charge a minimal amount for

• Shipping and order confirmation which is 5% of total invoice value.

• Please note, once an order is shipped and the buyer cancels the order for any reason,

• For COD orders - the minimal amount will not be refunded.

• For Prepaid orders - there will be 3% to 5% cost charged as order management cost, that will not be refunded (rest 95% to 97% will be refunded).

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items:

What is missing? - Package missing in transit by courier company.

What is Lost? - Package lost or missplace in transit by courier company.

What is Demage? - Package/Product/Prodduct Part break or demage in transit by courier company.

In case the product is Missing, Lost or Damaged by the courier company it will come under liabilities of the courier company. Here we will reship your again. It’s only applicable if it shows lost in the Tracking Page.

International Shipping:

• All prepaid orders are inclusive of shipping when orders rise from the USA, Canada, UK and EU Contires.

• All the orders beyond the geographical boundaries other than the USA, Canada, UK and EU Contires, shipping cost will be calculated extra as actual considering It’s volumetric weight of the product.

• Please note, we offer international shipping services as mentioned above. Prior to shipping, we closely check and inspect each product. Please ensure that all products  you reviewed meet the order you are putting for, and your order descriptions as for the international shipping we do not offer any exchanges or returns. Other duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
